Opportunities with BVA Nudge Unit

First, a bit about us…

BVA Nudge Unit is a global consultancy that combines Behavioral Science and Sectorial Expertise to drive successful behavior change, build enduring capabilities and deliver measurable results.

Launched in 2013, we now have approximately 30 consultants, across our offices in Paris, London, New York, Singapore and Santiago, Chile.

We partner with both public and private sector organizations (including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Reckitt, NatWest, the United Nations and Save the Children) to help them learn, apply and instill Behavioral Science.

BVA Nudge Unit is the Behavioral Science division of the BVA Group, a top 20 global insights agency.

Thus, we combine the small, entrepreneurial culture of a start up, while being supported by the resources of a strong global organization.

Our ambition is to become the global leader in applying Behavioral Science for good in the private sector – and we are committed to promoting “win-win-win” behavior changes in areas including Sustainability, Diversity-Equality-Inclusion, Healthy Behaviors and Digital Adoption.

Recent projects have included:

  • Helping a railway to reduce delays caused by passenger behavior, by “nudging” more efficient boarding of trains and use of the emergency button
  • Improving the home delivery experience for a quick-service restaurant
  • Applying behavioral science to increase diversity/inclusion and train financial advisors to promote female financial participation at a bank
  • Developing a Behavioral Science learning/coaching platform for global organizations
